General Shipping
An email with tracking information will be sent at time of shipment. Once shipped, orders are in the hands of the shipper and delays due to the carrier are out of our control. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us via email info@vintagebath.com within 48 hours of any damages.
Lead times
Product shipping and production lead times vary and are noted on item descriptions. These lead times are production or packing time, and do not include transit time which will vary depending on your location. All lead times are estimated and subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified.
Domestic Shipping with UPS, FedEx or USPS
Orders with in stock inventory will ship from one of our California locations within 2 business days, excluding holidays.
Canada Shipping with UPS or FedEx
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, fees and declarations.
International Shipping with DHL
To arrange international delivery, please reach out for eligibility and quote.

Local Delivery
Local Delivery is available throughout the Bay Area and Southern California.

In-store Pick Up
In-store pickup is available for any item (s) we have in stock at our locations.
Domestic Freight Shipments for Oversized Items
All freight shipments are completed through third party delivery companies.
Standard freight shipments with liftgate are curbside service only. Once shipped, an email will be sent with your freight carrier, phone number and tracking information.
Freight shipments require a delivery appointment. In most cases the freight carrier will reach out directly to you to arrange appointment. In the event the freight company is unable to reach you, you may be responsible for storage fees billed by the carrier. Customers are responsible to be present at time of delivery appointment for acceptance and signature. Missed appointments are subject to a re-delivery fee.
Items must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage should be notated on the bill of lading with the driver present. Any concealed damaged must reported to us via email info@vintagebath.com in detail along with photos within 48 hours so we may file a claim with the carrier.
