Refund policy

RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS 

We accept returns and refunds on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. 

RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS UP TO 30 DAYS 

Any product that is returned after 14 days will be credited in the form of a store credit for use online or in store. These products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. 

No refunds will be accepted after 30 days

All original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Will not accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
